Order Cancellation:
Customers may request order cancellation by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not been prepared or dispatched.

Refunds:
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons such as order errors, quality issues, or extenuating circumstances. Customers must contact us within a reasonable time frame to report any concerns or request a refund.
Refunds may be provided through the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

Refund Eligibility:
The refund will be processed within 15 working days if the issue arises from customer error or negligence. Refunds are not available for orders that have been partially or fully consumed or if the customer no longer desires the order after delivery.

Return of Goods:
In certain cases, we may request the return or photographic evidence of the delivered goods before processing a refund. The cost of returning goods, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Our policy lasts 15 minutes. If 15 minutes have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange
